Today I made fawm kauv, also known as banh cuon. I think fawm kauv is difficult to make during the first few attempts. It takes a certain heat, batter consistency, and method to create a good fawm kauv. For me, it’s been a work in progress.
This is the prettiest and tastiest batch yet. :D Too bad, I can’t get the dipping sauce correct. It just comes out….NASTY!
